What Information we collect from you
We keep a minimum of information to enable us to carry out our business with you – normally a name, email address, a telephone number (landline, mobile or both).  For invoicing purposes we retain the relevant email address and usually a geographical address.  

Our website uses cookies to collect information from visitors and members. This includes information about products downloaded, pages viewed and the customer journey around our website.

How your information is used
We will use your details to enable us to carry out any work you have requested from us, to follow up with any administrative or invoicing queries, and to carry out our legal obligations to maintain financial information.  

We may occasionally send you an email newsletter, on the grounds of legitimate interest, to let you know about any periods of unavailability (holidays, illness), anything new that may help you conduct your business with us (such as new showreels), or particular projects or events  that may be of interest.

We do not pass on any personal information to third parties unless obligated to for legal or contractual reasons, or unless you have requested it. 
Invoicing and payment details are password protected.

How long your information is kept
In line with HMRC requirements, we will keep your information on file for at least 7 years.
